Established in 2021, Leighton Asia's Women In Construction and Engineering Group (WOICE) provides a dedicated forum for our people to connect, share their thoughts and have a network of support and guidance, with the aim of driving gender diversity in the workplace.

WOICE collaborate with industry bodies, organisations, and charities to empower women in construction through events, training, mentoring, and support. We prioritise women’s health with dedicated facilities and provide site clothing tailored for females.
